I know packing my lunch and snacks every day would help
control my caloric intake and save money, but as much as I may try, I have not
been successful. I typically go out to
lunch nearly four times per week and dinner, nearly three times per week. I realize that I really need to get this
under control, but I do not cook and meal prep has not been my main focus.

The only problem I experienced with the Luvo Flipped Bowls was if my offspring got to the microwave before me. Apparently, I am not the only one who enjoyed the meals.
Perhaps I have misunderstood meal prep to be only about cutting up fruits and vegetables and it can be accomplished with the help of already prepared meals such as Luvo Flipped Bowls.
