It finally feels
like spring, which means that it is officially race time in the Midwest!
My favorite local
community 5K is coming up next week, but this weekend, if you are in the
Chicago area (or need a reason to visit Chicago), you could run the Ravenswood
5K and help the Ravenswood Community Services Food Pantry
provided groceries, meals and more to neighbors throughout Ravenswood and
surrounding neighborhoods.
Consider joining RAM Racing in giving back to the
community by bringing a food item with you when you pick-up your packet at
Fleet Feet Sports or on race day. If you choose to make a monetary donation you
can do so during online registration or at packet pick-up.
